AM METALS is an independent manufacturing job shop established in 2019. Born from the ambition to take hardware concepts into reality, we invested in high-speed Haas vertical CNC machining, precision manual turning, CNC plasma profiling, and in-house CAD/CAM toolpath optimization.
12,000 RPM inline direct-drive spindle and high-speed tool changes for flawless surface finishes and tight geometric tolerances.

Core Specialty
Executed on our Haas VF-2SS vertical machining center. We mill complex 2D and 3D contours, multi-sided components, and precision fixtures with mirror surface finishes.

Sheet & Plate
Our 4' × 3' CNC plasma table cuts sheet and plate metals cleanly for brackets, flanges, gussets, and structural weldments.
Engineering
We bridge idea to machine code. Full CAD design, 3D modeling, and CAM toolpath optimization for maximum manufacturing efficiency.
Rapid Verification
Prototype parts provided to clients to check ergonomic fit, clearances, and finish before cutting full production metal.
